These terms apply to the VibeWave Android app. By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Using the app

VibeWave lets you apply audio effects to songs on your device, generate subtitles, and turn the result into a video. No account is required.

You may use the app for personal and commercial projects, as long as you have the right to use the audio and images involved.

Your content and copyright

You are responsible for the music, photos, and other material you use in the app. Only process files that you own, that you have permission to use, or that are free to use.

Videos you create may include music, images, or lyrics owned by other people. Before you publish a video on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or anywhere else, make sure you have the right to do so. VibeWave does not grant you any rights to third-party music or images.

Online photos shown inside the app come from Pexels and Pixabay and are subject to their own licences.

We do not claim ownership of anything you create with the app. What you make is yours.

What you may not do

• Use the app to infringe anyone's copyright or other rights
• Try to break, overload, or reverse engineer the app or our processing servers
• Use automated tools to send large volumes of files through our servers
• Resell or redistribute the app itself

Premium subscriptions

VibeWave offers optional monthly and yearly Premium subscriptions that remove ads and unlock higher quality export.

• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in the Google Play Store, under Subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play according to their policies.
• Prices may change. If a price changes, Google Play will notify you before the change takes effect.

Ads

The free version shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. Premium users do not see ads. See our Privacy Policy for what data ads involve.

Processing and availability

Audio processing happens on our servers. Files are deleted automatically within two hours, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The app depends on an internet connection and on our servers being available. We may change, pause, or stop features at any time, and service may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

Automatic subtitles are generated by software and will not always be perfectly accurate.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be free of errors or that results will always meet your expectations.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost files, lost income, or other damages arising from use of the app. Please keep your own copies of anything important.

Ending use

You can stop using VibeWave at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop providing the app, or restrict access, if these terms are broken.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top will be updated. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
